Shared home-game ledger

A shared poker ledger that separates requests from issued chips

PokerArc Home Game is a shared chip ledger for buy-ins, rebuys and cash-outs. Hosts and players sign in with free accounts; Pro is not required. Requests remain separate from confirmed chips.

Free shared ledger · Hosts and players must sign in · No Pro subscription required

Example data: active Home Game host ledger before cash-outs, with an unbalanced-total warning
Example data — an active room with no customer records. Cash-outs have not been recorded, so the ledger is not yet balanced. The completed arithmetic example below uses separate illustrative figures.

From a chip request to a settled record

  1. Sign in and create or join. The host creates the game and sets its currency and chip conversion. Players use the room invitation and sign in too.
  2. Record a buy-in or rebuy. A player can request chips or the host can record chips issued. The other side confirms the relevant receipt/issuance. Pending requests stay outside confirmed buy-in totals.
  3. Review the ledger. Resolve returned requests, mistakes or disputes before relying on totals. A host's pending entry is not proof that a player received chips.
  4. Record departure chips. Cash-outs are recorded immediately; they do not use the pending buy-in approval queue. Reconcile actual chips and any separately agreed adjustments before settling money outside the app.

Check the arithmetic before paying anyone

Example data — one currency, 100 chips = $10; illustrative figures, not player results.
PlayerConfirmed chips inChips returnedNet money
Alice3,0004,000+$100
Bob2,0001,000−$100
Total5,0005,000$0

Alice's 3,000 includes a confirmed 1,000-chip rebuy. A further pending 1,000-chip request is excluded. The chip difference is converted using the room rate, not treated as money directly. A zero-sum example assumes no missing chips or separate fees; your ledger must match your own table facts.

Free, with accounts required

Both hosts and players need a free account for the shared game. A Pro subscription is not required for this ledger. This is different from the guest personal Session Tracker, which starts locally.

Your result is a separate choice

Review a completed game, share a result card if you choose, or explicitly export your own result to Tracker. The room ledger is not an automatic write into every player's financial history. Optional Pro Tracker analysis is separate; see Free and Pro.

What this does not do

PokerArc records a ledger; it does not move money, process player payments, enforce table rules or guarantee that a disputed figure is correct. Keep invitations private. Public pages describe the product and never expose a real room or player record.

Use the full reconciliation checklist. For tournaments rather than a shared cash-game ledger, see the MTT tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Do players need an account or Pro?

Both host and players sign in with free accounts for the shared ledger. Pro is not required for Home Game. Guest personal tracking is a separate workflow.

When does a requested buy-in enter the confirmed total?

After the appropriate other participant confirms receipt or chips issued. Pending and returned requests are not confirmed chips. Cash-outs are recorded immediately rather than queued as buy-in requests.

Does PokerArc pay players or guarantee the settlement?

No. Reconcile actual chip and money facts together, then settle outside the app. A ledger entry does not move money or settle a dispute automatically.

Keep a shared ledger with the people at the table

Hosts and players sign in with free accounts. Requests and confirmations are separate; settlement payments happen outside PokerArc.
