Example and hand-count limits
A profit of 500 over 25 hours at a big blind of 5 equals 20 per hour and 4 bb/hour. If you actually played 2,000 hands, that same sample is 5 bb/100.
Hours do not reliably imply hand count. Live and online games can deal at very different speeds, so guessing would make the result misleading.
