Hands, notes, and calculator inputs

Hand records and player notes are stored in your browser's local storage. Calculator values are processed in the browser and are not saved by the calculators or sent in analytics events.

Sessions and optional accounts

Guest session records stay in this browser. When cloud features are enabled and you sign in, Supabase provides account identity and stores the session records you choose to copy to your account. New account sessions are saved locally first and queued for sync. Other devices signed in to the same account can retrieve them. Signing in does not silently delete or replace guest records.

Account data is separate from guest data on the device. Signing out does not automatically erase device caches; use a trusted device and export important records before clearing site storage. Cloud sync currently concerns financial sessions and associated bankroll data, not hand histories or player notes.

Payments

When purchases are enabled, Stripe Managed Payments processes checkout. PokerArc associates a purchase with your signed-in account and keeps the identifiers, paid-period evidence and verified status needed to provide access. PokerArc does not receive your full card details. Use the payment provider receipt or available billing portal to manage a purchase.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow.” It may receive basic page and product-event information, but PokerArc does not include email addresses, private record identifiers, session amounts, hand content, player notes, or calculator inputs in those events. You can change your choice below.

Hosting-level measurements

The hosting layer may provide Cloudflare visitor measurements independently of the Google Analytics choice above. Those measurements may process standard request and page-visit metadata and are controlled by the hosting configuration.

Moving from PokerNote

Browser storage belongs to a domain. Records saved at pokernote.cn do not automatically appear at pokerarc.net. Open your old local records in the same browser and copy important hands before clearing old site data. This opens only your own browser storage; it does not upload or transfer records.

Clearing local data

Clearing site data can remove guest records and unsynced changes. A cloud account does not make an unsynced record a completed backup. Export or copy anything you need before clearing browser storage.

Data requests

To request deletion of your account and cloud Sessions, email pokerarc.support@gmail.com. We verify the requester before processing. Payment and security records needed for legal obligations or payment disputes may be retained. The first release handles requests by support email and does not provide a self-service deletion button. Do not send a password or login token.
