Where does my data live?

In your browser first — open the Tracker without an account and everything works. Sign in and the same records sync to your account for free, once sync completes. Keep exports of important records.

Can I migrate from another tracker or a spreadsheet?

That’s the point. Download the CSV template, paste your Google Sheets history (or export from another tracker), and import up to 10,000 sessions. Preview everything before saving. Standard parsing stays local; cloud sync and optional AI assistance send data when you choose them.
